Claim Requirements
To open a return or damage claim, submit the following to office@turostr.com:
- Original TUROS invoice number
- Part number(s) and quantity
- Description of the defect or discrepancy
- Clear photographs (minimum 3 angles) of the part and packaging
- For transit damage: carrier delivery note with damage notation
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued in the same currency as the original invoice (EUR or USD) via SWIFT bank transfer to the Buyer’s account on file. Refund timeline:
- Claim decision: within 3 business days of receiving returned goods
- SWIFT transfer initiated: within 5 business days of approval
- Funds received by Buyer: 2–5 business days depending on receiving bank
Warranty Claims
Parts under manufacturer warranty that develop defects within the warranty period (typically 12 months from date of manufacture) will be handled under the original manufacturer’s warranty process. TUROS will facilitate the warranty claim on the Buyer’s behalf where possible.
