Definitions & Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all commercial transactions between TUROS DANIŞMANLIK ORGANİZASYON LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“TUROS”, “Seller”) and the purchasing entity (“Buyer”). These Terms apply exclusively to B2B commercial buyers. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms full acceptance of these Terms.

Orders & Confirmation

All orders must be submitted in writing via email or the TUROS online platform. An order is binding only upon receipt of written order confirmation from TUROS. TUROS reserves the right to decline any order without obligation to state reasons.

• Minimum order value: EUR 500 (or equivalent in USD)
• Order confirmation is issued within 1–2 business days
• Part number accuracy is the Buyer’s responsibility; TUROS verifies against TecDoc
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing before shipment dispatch

Prices & Payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and freight charges unless explicitly stated. TUROS reserves the right to adjust prices due to exchange rate fluctuations exceeding 3% between quotation and invoice date.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery terms are agreed per order (EXW Istanbul, FOB, CIF, or DAP as specified on the invoice). Standard dispatch time is 2–5 business days from payment confirmation. TUROS partners with DHL, Schenker, and regional freight carriers.

• Risk passes to Buyer upon handover to carrier (EXW / FOB terms)
• TUROS provides commercial invoice, packing list, and CMR / airway bill
• EUR.1 or A.TR movement certificates available upon request for EU-bound shipments
• TUROS is not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or carrier disruptions

Quality & Warranties

All parts supplied by TUROS are sourced from authorized distributors and carry original manufacturer documentation. TUROS warrants that:

• Parts conform to the OEM part number stated on the invoice
• Parts are new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects at time of dispatch
• Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence

Returns & Claims

Returns are accepted only for parts that are (a) incorrectly supplied by TUROS, (b) damaged in transit, or (c) have a confirmed manufacturing defect. Buyer-initiated returns due to ordering errors may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number issued by TUROS. Returned goods must be in original, unopened packaging.

Intellectual Property

All product catalogues, images, pricing lists, and technical documentation provided by TUROS are proprietary. The Buyer may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for any purpose other than evaluating or placing orders without prior written consent from TUROS.

Limitation of Liability

TUROS’s total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question. TUROS is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profit, loss of business, or production downtime.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be submitted to the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) for binding arbitration. The arbitration language shall be English.

Amendments

TUROS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon publication on turostr.com. Continued business activity after publication constitutes acceptance.
