However, the business is built on the Mammetorazov family’s 30+ year track record in B2B automotive parts trade across Central Asia. We are not a start-up — we are the Istanbul extension of a three-decade-old wholesale operation, now with direct access to 120+ global OEM brands.

Yes. Every brand in our catalogue is sourced through an authorised distribution agreement. We do not carry grey-market, parallel-import or unknown-origin products. For each brand we carry, we can provide documentation of our authorised distributor status.

TUROS is a B2B wholesale supplier. Our standard MOQ is $2,000 per order. For new buyers in the first 3 months, we can sometimes accommodate smaller initial orders at a slightly reduced discount tier to allow for product evaluation. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Pricing is tiered by monthly purchase volume. We do not publish a public price list — pricing is provided per inquiry and adjusted for volume commitments. Long-term partners with consistent monthly orders receive the most competitive pricing. To get a quote, send your parts list (with OEM reference numbers if available) to our sales team.

Standard terms for new buyers are 100% payment against proforma invoice before shipment. For established buyers with a track record of 6+ months, we discuss credit terms on a case-by-case basis. We accept bank transfers (T/T) in USD and EUR.

Typical delivery from our Istanbul warehouse to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan is 4–7 business days by road or air. For Azerbaijan and Georgia, 2–4 business days. Actual lead times depend on order volume, the freight mode selected and customs clearance at destination. We provide a tracking reference for every shipment.

Yes. Our logistics team prepares all required export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and — where required — EUR.1 movement certificates or other preferential origin documents. We are experienced with Turkish customs procedures and export formalities for all our target markets.

Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Provide photos of the packaging and the part in question. As an authorised distributor, we have direct claims channels with each manufacturer. Verified shipping errors are corrected at our cost. Warranted product defects are handled through the relevant brand’s warranty process, which we manage on your behalf.

Our active catalogue currently covers 40,000+ references across 20 product categories, from engine components and braking systems to HVAC, turbocharging and sensors. The catalogue grows continuously as we add new brand authorisations and expand existing ranges.
